"Highly recommend this swim school. My son ( 3 yrs ) had never attended any swimming lessons before and Jo has been so incredible with him. We have also attended private lessons to get his confidence up and it was really worth it as well. Classes are small 2-4 kids roughly, it’s safe, uses lots of different pool toys/tools to engage the kids and the communication is excellent too. Thanks so much !"

"We’ve had a really positive experience at Westerfolds. My eldest had a very inconsistent start to swimming (covid lockdowns) and can be quite anxious around the water. The teachers are always so patient and accommodating and allow him to progress at a speed that he feels safe and supported."

Classes are nice and small with the instructors and office staff taking the time to really get to know the children. this has been perfect for my oldest who at times can get really anxious in the lead up to classes. The staff here have been so patient and wonderful with her and making her feel safe. All my girls love coming here. Highly recommend."

"Last week，our class had 6 students, if I didn’t ask the girl, there was no explanation. Last term was same, we were in the class, has 2 kids showed up in the class for trial, my kid and the other kid just stayed in the water for doing nothing more than 10mins. I asked about that, and they just say sorry, that is it, no explanation too! I can’t put up with this time, I complained last week, because it was second time happened on us. They offered us another makeup class on that day, but we had other appointment later so I decline the girl. And I also heard the conversation between the parent and the staff. The parent said they came early. So I doubt the system, normally they gather all the kids and check the name and get the kids into the pool. And that two kids arriving late, before they get into the pool, there were 4 kids in the lane already, why they didn’t check! Centre manager explained to me there were 2 coaches in that lane. I was observing the class in that short 30 mins, although 2 coaches, I couldn’t see any effectiveness, since 2 plus 6 squeeze in one lane, and one young coach looks like in the probation period. Not even mention that 2 kids even not wearing the goggles properly, the coaches were trying to help them! I don’t know what do the kids can learn from that class. Luckily I try to quit this program already, or maybe luckily they don’t bear the parents like me."

"I’ve had three daughters learn to swim here from 3 years of age. Great swimming centre that is friendly and has customer service at its core. The swim teachers take the time to develop the skill set of each child and keep you updated on their progress. In particular, I have to mention Jo, who is honestly the best swimming teacher you will come across, she is so patient with the younger ages and it is amazing to see the confidence in the water they develop! Highly recommend"
