Welcome to Lotus Yoga Studio, a serene and inviting space located in Point Lonsdale, Australia. Our studio is dedicated to helping individuals connect with their mind, body, and breath through the practice of yoga.

With over 30 years of experience as a devoted yogi, our founder completed Yoga Teacher Training to deepen her understanding of yogic postures. This training emphasized the importance of adapting poses to suit each individual's unique needs, rather than forcing individuals to fit into predefined poses.

At Lotus Yoga Studio, our philosophy is centered around allowing everyone to experience the connection with their own strength, calmness, and inner wisdom. Through mindful movement and breath, we aim to cultivate a healthier and calmer mind and body for all our students.

All of our classes take place in our purpose-built and fully accessible studio, providing a soothing and comfortable environment for practice. Additionally, we offer the option to practice on our outside deck, which overlooks the heritage-listed Norfolk Island tree, offering fresh seaside air and the opportunity to practice under the sun or stars.

Upon entering our special space, you will be guided on a serene journey of self-discovery. Our experienced teachers will encourage you to embrace the uniqueness of your body, rather than striving for perfection in postures.

Booking classes at Lotus Yoga Studio is easy and convenient. Simply download the Mind Body App for free on the App Store or Google Play to view our timetable, book classes, or purchase class packs and memberships directly from your mobile device.

For yoga teachers looking to facilitate workshops or extended retreats, our purpose-built Yoga studio is available for hire. Our studio includes a fully functional kitchen, bathrooms, and all necessary props, including meditation cushions, blankets, mats, bolsters, blocks, and straps. We are also able to provide onsite catering, accommodation, or connect you with local facilities and trainers to support your retreat or workshop.

Lotus Yoga Studio can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people seated on cushions, blankets, or bolsters, or 15 people on yoga mats. Additionally, we offer accommodation for up to 12 people, with pet-friendly options available. Linen is provided, and for larger groups, we can recommend nearby accommodation options.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total hire fee is required, with the balance due 14 days prior to your booking date. Please note our cancellation policy, which states that cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your booking are non-refundable or transferable.

If you are an external facilitator running your own yoga retreat, class, or workshop, please ensure you have your own Professional & Public Liability Insurance, and provide a Certificate of Currency with your booking form. We value the safety and well-being of all participants, and therefore, Lotus Yoga Studio accepts no responsibility for any services provided by external facilitators.
