"After waiting months for our wardrobe to be delivered (in fairness they were open about timelines) they ended up forgetting to deliver led drivers and have a wrong door panel. It has now been 5 weeks and we are still waiting for the replacement door panel to arrive. Our wardrobe is still unusable as the installer did not complete on the day and opted to wait until replacement arrives. Poor delivery diligence and a total lack of care in fixing their stuff ups. On the plus side, the actual product itself is fantastic and the company should have done the right thing and prioritised the remediation - especially how much we are paying for it!"

"Dont waste your time. Went in to the show rooms and spent time with a sales rep talking about what they had to offer and decided to move to a consultant come to our house and attempt to give us a quote. The guy that came out never showed us any of the materials he kept saying he had in his bag, spent 2 hours running thought the design and layout of all things we looking to have done, and then once done kept telling us how he was going to be on tv so it make take some time to get back to us. In the end never responded with a quote or any details of our designs, didn't respond to phone calls or emails, then when we complained the person we complained to never responded as well. All they want is your money, service is not even a consideration. Worst company i have ever dealt with."
