"I purchased a king single princess bed with trundle on 12/5/2023 and full payment was made on the same day. When we assembled the beds and realised the trundle king single mattress didn’t fit the into the trundle frame and they replaced with us with single mattress where as the price difference was substituted with delivering the single mattress to me and they collected the king single mattress away. However, the single mattress still didn’t fit into the trundle. I had to make contact to the store and Sean came out to my place to do the measurements of the trundle frame and after another week, replaced me with a different brand of single mattress. And it still didn’t fit. This, they reckoned was the frame and have delivered me a different trundle frame and remove the already assembled trundle frame away. I repeated the same process, assembling the trundle frame and turned out the frame and mattress still unmatched. At one point, I requested for a refund because of the amount of time and effort I have put in to discuss the issue I encountered. It is because there are different staff members work in different days and it is not easy to get a clear solution when staff member told me that he/she will get back to me a provide a solution but that was not the case. I had to always ring back to ask what was the discussion outcome? On 11 Jun, 2023 I visited the store and Jimmy the manager told me that he will arrange for the refund and send their delivery men to remove the trundle frame and mattress. Agreed on 17 Jun, 2023 I will be home fore the men to pick up the trundle but no one turned up. I had to give the store a ring and a staff member told me that there were no pick up booking made in their system and asked me to call on Monday. Finally, the trundle (frame & mattress) were removed on 24 Jun, 2023. As for the cash refund, I rang today, which is 16 days after the trundle being removed, the staff member at Chirnside Park store told me that he need to check with Jimmy the manager about the refund. Photos showing unmatched trundle frame and mattress & I have the mattress wrapped in its original bag for the delivery men to collect and return them to the Chirnside park store. Thank goodness I do not need to dissemble the frame. I am rating 1 out of 5 star for the experience I have dealing with the issue and refund. I have to always ring up to follow up with them . It simply not dealt professionally. Altogether 59 days from purchase to today, case still open. When will this issue be concluded?"
