"Refused to sell mattress at advertised price, saying price was incorrect. Price tag was removed after error was highlighted (photograph was taken prior to tag being removed). False, and illegal, advertising. We do not have time to research purchases only to be told an item cannot be sold for the researched price at the point of sale. Not impressed."

"We bought a mattress and bedhead. Lorraine was the sales rep and she was great. Very attentive, gave us good advice on the different options but she was not pushy with the sale. We originally planned to check out a few different places but we liked the options and it was well priced so we didn't look anywhere else. We were moving into a new until in a months time so she offered to let us pay in instalments and delay the delivery until we were ready. All in all -very good customer service and quality product"
