"We booked an Interior Decorator appointment. with Alison, the interior decorate at Freedom Moorabbin. First up, Alison came to our house, and listened to what we were looking for as we went from room to room. She then produced mood boards which were spot on. We now have the recommended furniture and other items and we are amazed at the difference! Alison clearly has an expert eye- the colours and shapes she suggested for spaces is excellent. Alison is also incredibly personable and listens. We also just went with her expert suggestions."

"17 years after my last purchase at Freedom, I have now returned to Freedom, as a loyal customer. Over the last 6 months, I made multiple purchases, and all were at the Moorabbin store. On most of those occasions, I was lucky enough to interact with the manager of the store, Richard. While Richard was incredibly busy with multiple customers queuing up to speak to him, he was always calm, efficient, professional and patiently sorted out issues. Richard went through great lengths to help customers make the right decisions with their purchases, and to make sure they were happy. When I had issues with some of my purchases, I found it time consuming to navigate the process and to get them resolved. However, each time I reached out to Richard, he was very understanding, helpful and more importantly, sorted out the issues quickly.
