"I recently contacted the Custom Sofa Centre to assist me in replacing a battery charger for our sofa, which we accidentally broke. I cannot speak more highly of the assistance Rob provided to replace the battery. He arranged for a technician to attend and the battery was replaced almost immediately with any fuss. "If you want a sofa, just come here. The little things count: the recline function is fast, the recline function has a small foot print allowing you to have it hard up against the wall, lumber support is excellent, electric head adjustment is perfect when reclining, well priced given the features. Only down side was removing and disposing of the packaging but I guess that’s the same for everything. Highly recommend!"
