Having worked in a private psychiatric facility for several years, Sharon decided to establish her private practice to provide specialized care to her clients. She is highly trained and committed to helping individuals and couples improve their relationships. Sharon believes that understanding how people protect themselves from vulnerability and discomfort is crucial in helping them achieve their goals.

In addition to her training from the Couples Institute in San Francisco, USA, Sharon incorporates various evidence-based modalities into her practice. These modalities are based on attachment theory, neuroscience, and the stages of relationship development. By using these frameworks and integrating an existential philosophy, Sharon provides a holistic approach to therapy.
