"We went to Giordano store in Moorabbin last week and was served by Isabella. Absolutely, fantastic service and we ended up buying lots of staff. She was very friendly and helped us to choose and find the right size tees, shirts etc. Because of that, we went again and today on 15 dec we were served by Ngoc. Didn't really help us, she was behind the counter and didn't even want to check whether they have stock or not. very bad customer service. May be she can learn from other staff how to treat customers."
