"WORST UNIVERSITY EVER.. AVOID IF YOU CAN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE NURSING STUDENT. It took me 3 years to complete a course that was supposed to be 18 months. Placement was always delayed and I had to do more than 400 hours of placement interstate. After three long years, I finally fulfilled all the requirements for Bachelor of Nursing, but the university is not issuing me a completion letter. When I contacted student services, I was told to wait two weeks for completion letter, but it has already been more than six weeks. I have called student services multiple times, but they have no idea what is going on. I have not been able to commence my grad year due to delay in certificates. According to university policy, completion letter should be issued within two weeks of fulfilling all the requirements of the program. I would like to kindly request you to follow the policy of your own organisation. I wish I could give negative stars."

"I been charged for the subject and i deferred from this uni within the right time and it been going on for years fighting that i submitted the request form. I gotten told that they had it and then next they said they don’t have it. I gotten told that they didn’t charged me but when i looked in my my gov they still have money. It been going on since 2020. The reason i left this uni was due to the fact the teachers had no clue how to teach and pure rude and ego driven."

"My friend started the nursing degree in 2019 and was meant to be a fast tracked to finish 2021 ..it is now half way 2023 they constantly never have placement or have delayed unit subjects, for some reason they coincidentally fail most of the class for a subject probably for a money grab at making them pay again .. as her friend I’m shocked at how This school treats it’s students and the lack of support, doesn’t help that there is massive high staff turn over so no one is ever accountable!!!! This school needs to be closed down and be put on a current affairs or ACA"

"Think twice before you join this university. First of all, lecturers are so nice. Worst part is student service. You can see all the reviews here about their student service. I would like to highlight why they don't improve this. It is the management team. The school management team is not professional at all and that is why they don't care of all the complains about student service. They use all their budget on sale and marketing (not on student service as you have already paid them some). I do believe that this review will be also checked by those unprofessional customer service team because management won't take care of these. But, I write this review for you. If you have no issue or challenge with customer service, it is fine. You can choose this university. After a semester, the result given by lecturer and what appeared in the student portal is so much different. Because of lower score in the portal, we tried to contact student service so many times to check about it. Unfortunately, we were out of country at that time and we could communicate online and oversea calls. We tried both ways but no proper responses from them for months! Only when we were back and went to university in person, they changed it but didn't even say a proper apology for that. Although they admitted their weakness when we discussed in person, they even blamed us like this is our mistakes when they send an email for that case. So, we decided to raise this to internal appeal. What a surprise! Management team took so long for this case and finally came out with an email the same concept with their student affair team. No calls, no interviews, no apology. Just blaming back the student without any proper apology. Then, we see clearly why customer service team is not improving despite they have so many complains. Management team is not really taking care of THIS at all. So, it is your call."
