"I ordered 4 cupboard handles, only two of the eight screws arrived. I called the store four times, each time I was told they would be posted. I called again, I was told to use the webchat. The webchat said email customer service. I finally spoke to a manager. The wrong screws were sent. I spoke to customer service on the phone, I says I would hold for the manger, she says she would not be answering my hold again. I asked for her name, she refused. This has been the most frustrating situation for six tiny screws. DO NOT SHOP HERE"
