"I visited General Pants Chadstone over the weekend. I was having a super anxious day and was heading into General as my last store for the day. When in the store, the customer service was great! The team was friendly and approachable and I felt welcomed to the store. When checking out, I believe the store manager served me. She was so warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable when checking out with her. My experience was so lovely with her (and the store) that it allowed me to feel more comfortable shopping in the centre for the rest of my day. Her kindness and hospitality had a big impact on me , and really turned my day around for me! Will definitely be returning back to this General Pants in my next visit to VIC!"

"Staff were unapproachable kids caring too much about themselves and when I finally got to the counter a male staff asked if I was a member and “signed me up”, I could see him typing and it wasn’t nothing close to the letters I was spelling. I’ve worked in customer service so I would spell my last name using a word with the same letter to help. He didn’t even offer me a bag for my clothes and yeah never got the sign up email."
