"The lovely staff in this store were incredibly helpful with my young daughter, it was the first shopping experience my daughter and her friends had in Southland where they weren’t snubbed for being teenagers. "Went back there to swap over thongs for our son that were incorrect in sizing and was met with two rude sales assistants who refused to assist as we did not have our receipt. Completely brushed off in a RUDE manner and have a nice day in a sarcastic tone and then they had a laugh on our way out . Maybe a lesson in consumer law and customer service may be in place to educate your staff and remind them that company policy does not override Australian consumer law . Any way went two shops down and purchased another pair . Wont be back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
