"Non-existent service, there was about 4 staff and 2 customers instore. They were to busy talking to one another than to actually help me. Had a black tie event and the lady simply pointed to where their black tie stuff is with no attempt to help me pick something out."

"My recent experience at the Politix Essendon DFO store was deeply disturbing. As a customer, I anticipate respectful and courteous service. However, my visit this Sunday afternoon was marked by the exact opposite. Instead of finding assistance, I encountered employees who, rather than help, opted to mock my weight. It was a humiliating experience, and even more so as I was in the presence of my friends and family. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite feeling humiliated, I chose not to create a scene and opted to leave without further escalation. This does not, however, lessen the impact of the incident. I hope that the management will take this issue seriously and address the inappropriate behaviour displayed by the staff on duty today Sunday 30th July. I have been a loyal customer of Politix, but this experience left me questioning if I want to continue my patronage. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future."
