"As someone who historically has found the dentist to be very stressful place, I can honestly say I have the opposite feeling when I visit the team at The Dental Lounge. They are all so calm and reassuring. Over the years they have been great at explaining what’s going on, why they are doing certain procedures and what to expect along the way (which is great for my anxiety) I know I’m in safe hands here. I’m now a frequent visitor and as a result have much healthier, cleaner teeth and all round oral hygiene. If you’re looking for a dentist but not quite sure who to trust, you have found the place to go in Sydney."

While the delay and lack of communication were disappointing, the subsequent improvements have shown that Dental Lounge values their patients' feedback and strives to provide better service. Moving forward, I hope that Dental Lounge maintains this level of service and communication. *Original review (5/6/23)* I came to Dental lounge for invisalign and other dental treatments over a year ago. I was initially impressed by the team and the service, especially Dr Gamer's and Kirrana's friendliness yet professionalism. After 12 months, I was told I required refinement for my invisalign. The scan was done almost 3 months ago, however I'm still left waiting for progress. Despite reaching out multiple times to inquire about the status of my refinement, I have been met with vague responses and a lack of clear updates. This extended wait time has not only been inconvenient but has also left me frustrated and questioning the level of professionalism and commitment to patient care at this dental office. As someone who had faith in the practice, I can't help but feel disappointed by the decline in service quality."

"Following on from whomever it concerns, I too can validate everything that was said in their review. Not to mention other things I witnessed while there, that I would never expect to see in a work place. There are so many amazing dentists in Sydney that you don’t need to waste your time in a place like this. I am surprised they have managed to keep the staff that they have especially with the large turnover of staff they have had within the last year. Avoid at all costs, you will be doing yourself a favour."

"Required urgent care for wisdom tooth pain, and phoned Dental Lounge to see if they could assist. Julie the receptionist squeezed me in for a following day appointment with Dr Zac Wilson. The staff were very friendly and the procedure itself was probably the easiest, quickest and most painless extraction I’ve ever had. The office is really clean and doesn’t feel like a typical sterile dentist surgery and the fee was incredibly reasonable. Will certainly consider visiting more regularly for all my dentistry requirements!"
