"I would highly recommend this dentist. I always have a really great experience with these guys. I am quite nervous going to the dentist (who isn’t) however, the staff's warm and welcoming nature definitely help put my dental fears at ease. They are friendly and extremely professional right from when you are greeted at reception. Shout out to both Alyssar (oral hygienist) and Dr Azita. They make an excellent team and have always made me feel very comfortable and at ease!"

"I have been a patient of Dr Gallagher's for a number of years and over that period he has performed on me some very complex dental procedures. He is extremely caring, patient and always checks to see how comfortable you are and he walks you through what the procedure entails. If required he takes the most appropriate and painless anaesthetic route and he gets it right the first time. I have never had to return for a follow up post op and his team are just fantastic. He doesn't suggest unnecessary expensive procedures or push products. He is quite a remarkable dentist so well worth a visit and his fees are more than reasonable."

"The only person that I would see for serious dental work is Dr. Dimitri. Previously, I had an inlay on my left back tooth, that would break every two or so years... However when Dr. Dimitri did the next replacement.. He quickly identified that my left upper tooth was impacting and causing my inlay to break.. He made some adjustments.. And my inlay has not broken for 8 years and counting!!!!! A true expert and professional... Nowadays, I don't even think twice about gnawing on a succulent tomahawk bone.."

"I have loved my interactions with the team at MPDH so far. Let's be clear, I've only used this practice once so I'm not sure I'm the best advocate just yet! Here's what I saw.. Alana answered about 20 calls in the short time I was in the waiting room. Despite the unrelenting switchboard, not once did the calibre of her service change. I remember thinking this is exactly the kind of person you want representing your business. Dr Sigalas was also fab! He is easy to talk to, listened to my unique concerns and made my teeth shiny without discomfort. I mean, what else can you ask for? Fleetwood Mac, you say? Well, they even delivered on that in the background. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the toothpaste I purchased from the practice is 2 years out of date.. have emailed to get it replaced. I would happily recommend this team and look forward to returning."

"Very Disappointed…. I’ve been seeing Dr David Gallagher since I was 8yrs old (I’m now 30) As a long time patient, I have now been taken advantage of by this practice just like 'used car salesmen' do to their customers. Dr David fixed a small chip in my front tooth over 20yrs ago, it came out a couple of months ago and I came back and requested David to fix it again which I was quoted $210. I then queried about teeth whitening and I was told due to the chip in my tooth I could only do the in-chair whitening of $500 vs the take home kit of $195. I was told I must do a ‘check-up/clean’ before the whitening which is valued at $295 which I did before the in-chair whitening. I was advised by another dentist to go to a chemist and buy the oral b teeth whitening strips ($32.99 each) and use for two weeks before the in-chair whitening of $500. After the in-chair whitening, the results were poor to say the least… going back and forth they agreed the results were not great and as a result they gave me a take home kit to use for two weeks (I was originally told this wasn’t an option because of the chip in my tooth) I did the take home kit for 2 weeks as recommended and thought I would see David to repair the chip that was originally quoted for approx. $210. I was forced to go with another dentist despite my request for David saying that he was the best. I had my tooth chip repaired today and the ‘best dentist’ said he wasn’t confident that it would last even half as long as when David did it. After completion, I was then told I would have to pay $450, well over double the price including a $68 oral examination. I had been there 3 times in the past 6 weeks, what more examination is required.. (Obviously to make up for the teeth whitening kit they gave me due to the poor results) I expected to pay approx. $210. Now I have paid a total of $1,150 though shifty sales techniques. I will not return to this dental practice again. Poor service that has lost my trust."
