"I went to Miller's, Croydon central,What a bad bad experience I had! First of all , that sales lady wasn't welcoming at all. She didnt say hi, hello nothing, then when I said I have Miller's reward card then she gave me a look that now she has to do one more work just for me!! In my voucher I got $5 off but she didn't mention this to me. I checked after I am coming home. I bought 2 tops of $ 40 but after the &5 discount it supposed to be $34, but she didn't inform me at all. I have the receipt with me. I don't know what was her problem! Normally I shop from miller's in Waverley gardens, never had this kind of problem or behaviour. Never going to miller's , Croydon's one. That lady was rude and arrogant"
"If customer service is part of your shopping experience avoid this store! 1. No mask by staff, she did state she couldn't remember where she took it off. During heighten covid cases and mask are required by customers not good enough staff are walking around store not wearing them considering they are in constant contact with multiple customers per day. 2. Stated price was $15 but then corrected herself to $20 3. Did not ask for loyalty card. 4. Placed purchase on bench, did not ask if I would like to purchase a bag. Just lovely to walk around shopping centre carrying clothes. It was a spur of the moment pop in have a look at sales, not expecting to purchase anything thus reason I had no bag. Online shopping is much more of a pleasant experience."
