"31/7: Coles, you need to lift your game with Click & Collect. Ordered some steak and out of stock, yet when I went instore there was plenty in stock. The excuse from the service supervisor was that my order was picked before the stock was available. Maybe there should be another check prior taking the easy way out and inconveniencing your customers ‐------------------------------------------------------------------------- Click & Collect - 16 items missing including substitutes. Coles phone support was excellent, but takes away the supposed convenience of not having to shop in store."

"Wow! Love the new lay out of Croydon Coles! They have a self serve coffee machine and also have a sushi sushi store in store. I also thought the sushi packs were very reasonably priced! Their new deli is extensive. I wish I had taken a pic but there were a few too many people around. I love the conveyor belt self serve registers too. I know it takes from jobs that's the only negative but they are super handy! In some areas of the store there were some very bare shelves but in times of covid etc I'm gathering it's a supply issue rather than a lack of their trying to fill them. I live fairly local, to shop here I would be going out of my way but having seen this new lay out it makes me want to shop there more often."
