"I had a horrible experience with my Barista course. The instructor named Harry was not professional at all. His tone was so aggressive towards students and he used his phone in the entire class duration. Moreover, we were forced to sit in a stinking class. The class smelled really bad and when I asked for a mask they didn't even have masks. The tutor also kept touching students. Management is poor and the manager also laughed on student mocking them for paying double. And the instructorasked the chinese student do you understand me as if she did not know anything. His tone was very demeaning and his behavior was not professional at all."
