"Definitely poor customer service and no responsibility at all!! I’ve bought four items online from them after three weeks they emailed me I can collect just two of them! But still haven’t received the rest of my orders after more than one month!! One week later I received an email from EziBuy that they’ve been preparing my rest orders and will be ready to collect them soon!! But nothing happened after that and when I emailed them to inquire about my order they completely denied their email and said your orders are Noni B products!!! Now, no one responsible Noni B said they are EziBuy products and EziBuy said my orders belong to Noni B!!! I purchased the items from Noni B’s website and even I don’t know who’s EziBuy??"
