"Good place The only thing I didn’t like here is people chitchat inside the mosque and Mouzam prays in the middle of the mosque leaving more than 5-8 rows in between"
"I attended classes at this mosque when I was an early teen. I did learn the basics of Islam here such as reading quaran and prair. I attended weekly for multiple years as a teenager however stopped going approx 2013. I personally had a decent time here and was never harmed. I do believe it has shaped me to be a better person today. I'm not excessively religious but do pray occasionally and believe in God. However, i do recall a horrible incident which I witnessed when I was at the mosque which I think should be disclosed for people to read. The mosque was separated in two parts. Lower level for day classes and for people to come and pray. The Upper level was reserved for boys to live at the mosque who's parents would pay for them to stay there. I rarely went to the upper level, however one afternoon went looking for someone. I recall opening a door to a class being held by one of the teachers/imams at the mosque for the boys who lived at the mosque. As I opened the door, I observed a teacher standing over a boy repeadly kicking him in the stomach area. The boy was approximately 15 years old and was African. All the boys who stay here are Turkish including the teachers, this was the only black teenager staying at the mosque. The teacher was repeatedly kicking him as the boy lay helpess in the fetal position grunting and moaning everytime he was kicked. The teacher was so focused on kicking the boy, he didn't even realise I had opened the door however I'd never forget how hard and violently he was kicking him and how helpless and alone that boy must of felt. As this was occurring, there were other boys who lived at the mosque in the same classroom all wirnessesing this behaviour, but it must of been commonplace due to the boys living there doing nothing either out of fear or simply being used to it. I then remember two older boys from the class quickly rushing towards the doorway where I was standing. They stood in front of me and did their best to stop me from witnessing the assault and attempting to distract me from what was going on. I remember the door being shut and me being locked out the room. I assume the assault just continued. I believe the teacher was an Australian born Turk and was always clean shaven. Was always very presentable. Please think twice before sending your children to such an establishment. I'm sorry I didn't do anything bro."
"It’s the best place I’ve been to the teachers are kind and helpful they’ve taught me lots."
"i went to this mosque for Quran lessons for 3 years and the teachers/imams are really mean. I passed to Quran 3 times because they made me go back a level and go back to Quran."
"Very neat and staff very friendly."
