Yes it is Monday morning, yes it is click and collect and a discounted knitwear and not buying from your store (not your KPI sales target). "First i have to say the customer service i recieved at the glen decjuba on saturday morning was nothing like i have ever experienced. In all my years of shopping i have never had somebody who was knowledgable and who genuinely cared enough to take the time to help me with clothing. Talia was so patient and kind with me and really took her time with me to make sure i got what i was looking for even when she was helping others she still came back to check on me. She knew exactly what to recommend and helped me purchase 3 new outfits. As a single mum of two its hard to shop for myself with the kids and feel confident in what i wear. She is an angel and im so glad she is now at your store. I will be visiting more often and telling everyone about this :) i hope this is recognised she is truly a gift with service"
