"Today (23/6) my partner and I came into the store, the store itself smelt like sausage rolls and wasn’t very pleasant considering they call themselves a designer brand, as my partner was speaking to me, a girl wearing a black puffer jacket and blue jeans was carrying boxes through to the front, she then runs straight through my partner, chest out, elbows out and absolutely no spatial awareness, no apology or acknowledgment was given after which made the experience of the store extremely poor. If managers want the store reputation to be improved the staff member with the dark hair and a fringe must be taught proper customer service and manners"
