"I bought a top for my mum yesterday. But I find it is not fit for her. I go back today to get a refund. The staff said they couldn't give me a refund and they only offered exchange. I want to talk to the manager. She said they haven't managers. Let me talk to head office. I called the office, and a gentleman said the same things they didn't do a refund when I said I would report it to ACCC. He said that even though I reported to ACCC, I can get the same results. Many complaints happened. He said he could give me a credit note. But when I talked to the staff, she didn't know the credit note. I don't want to make things complicated. I choose to exchange something instead. finally, I chose a watch. when I get into my car and try to wear the watch. It is not working at all. I went back to the shop again . Finally, I have to choose the credit note. I just want to mention that anyone wants to buy something in this shop. They don't do a refund."

I spent more than $80 and the manager Felicia did not ask me if I want to enroll in a membership or not, and did not explain the benefits for me until I purchased the items and gave me the receipt.I lost the 5 dollars voucher because of her. If the store wants to increase sales and have satisfied customers, they need to hire more professional staff that are willing to be more friendly and informative about the membership."

"Very rude staff. They were nice when I purchased several things yesterday, but I went to exchange something today and they went nice about it. The older, blonde woman was very rude and made gestures as I walked around deciding what to exchange it for. Will never go there again."
"Terribly rude people. Sold my mother a dress with a stain on it. In the store she didn't have her glasses on so didn't notice it. Took it out of the bag on the day of her event and was unable to wear due to the stain. When I took it back to the store they refused to believe this had happened and blamed me for the stain. She said that every garment was inspected before being sold yet I watched her sell several items without doing this. The lady at the counter was taking photos and talking to head office about the situation while I waited. There were also customers waiting to make their purchases. I was put on the phone to speak with head office and they again blamed me for the stain and refused to take any responsibility or listen to reason. He kept either not responding to me or saying there was nothing he could do. I called again later that day and got the same response. Apparently Harry Kim the owner of the store instructed this man to hang up on me... again"
