"Wow what an experience I have had. Norma and Zoe are amazing. Brought in a heap of clothes to return/exchange and due to an error in the online ordering, it caused massive problems. Norma and Zoe were so helpful and patient. They helped me call customer care (which are next to useless) and finally got everything sorted. They spent over an hour helping me deal with a problem they didn’t create and were professional and friendly the whole time. Massive thank you to them both. They are both amazing people. "I purchased items, after a month, nothing arrived. I called call centre twice, i was told on my second call that my parcel went back to warehouse. My delivery address was correct, no error, just wasn't delivered. So customer services team did not think to call me to check my address and send parcel to back. No.!! They they kept the garments and my money. If i did not call they would not have sent me my money. Cust service team excuse, sorry we are not responsible for Aust Post. Taking my money and keeping garments is theft. I was a regular cust. Thinking twice now. Theft is theft is theft ."
