We celebrate and honor the significant role of mothers, grandmothers, aunties, cousins, and carers in our annual Mother's Day Breakfast Montage. It is a special event on our school calendar that brings our community together to show appreciation and love for these important figures in our students' lives.

Our Grade 5/6 students recently embarked on a thrilling camp adventure in Foster North. They participated in various activities that tested their teamwork, resilience, and skills, such as archery, canoeing, flying fox, team challenges, tree climbing, giant swing, orienteering, and the mud run. Harmony Day is another significant event at St Mary's, where we celebrate diversity and promote inclusivity. It is a day filled with joy, cultural exchange, and understanding. We strive to be a community where everyone's light shines, living out the Good News of God through our words and actions, and guiding others to do the same.

As part of our commitment to early learning, we offer a free Playgroup on Monday mornings. It is a wonderful opportunity for young children to engage in play and socialize with their peers. Our experienced Playgroup Coordinators, Sharyn and Marilyn, ensure a nurturing and stimulating environment for the little ones. Join our Playgroup Community and be a part of the St Mary's family.

Family engagement is of utmost importance to us. Yvette Silva, our Family Engagement in Learning Leader (FELL), along with our dedicated teachers, works tirelessly to support and engage with families in any way possible. We believe that a strong school community leads to successful student outcomes.

We recently had an amazing night of singing, color, and the Christmas spirit, where our students showcased their talents. We are grateful to our families for attending and being a part of this joyous event.

Twilight Sports is an annual event that brings our community together for an afternoon of fun and sportsmanship. It is a time for students, parents, and teachers to bond and celebrate the spirit of healthy competition.
