"Beutiful teachers, absolute gems and assets to kids and school. Always available, empathetic and understanding. Love the fact that is only a small school. The director however, does not like parents much and generally treats parents like children. She is always dissmisive of parents's ideas and input and does not give them a time of day to express serious concerns. Barking orders and decisions without any parental consultation on a one way platform (compass) and unsympathetic to parents's feelings. Children also dislike her and avoid her."
"My 7 year old daughter started at DCPS in term 2 after I gained custody during term 1 holidays. All I can say is how excellent everyone has been towards both my daughter and myself and how grateful I am to all the staff for making what could have been a very stressful and traumatic time for both of us so smooth and easy to deal with. My daughter was welcomed from minute one and myself being the first time full time single father, was given all the support and encouragement I needed to be the father I strived to be. I highly recommend this primary school to any parent or parents who want their child or children to be educated at the highest level of professionalism in an environment second to none."
"This school has provided so many fond memories and have so many wonderful friends. One lesson learnt is don’t let your friends borrow your iPad where they have access to your accounts. I did not write the the last review."
"Great school. Spent seven years at dcps and all the teachers were great and still probably are"
"This is where I went to primary school. The facilities are good and the teaching staff was very supportive for my time there. Hopefully they have kept up their high standards because there were some standout teachers who definitely helped me shape my future. I really enjoyed my time at this school and owe a lot of who I am to my experiences here. The teachers and staff provided excellent guidance and set me on the path to success. I found the transition from here to high school to go absolutely smoothly as year seven seemed like no trouble at all."
