"Some time ago, I provided positive feedback, but regrettably, I must retract it now. The recent change in ownership to BlueFit has led to another increase in weekly fees. Over the past six months, the fees have risen from $18 to $21 per week. Furthermore, there have been noticeable reductions in staff, limited customer interaction, and the absence of a direct phone line. It appears that the management is prioritizing cost-cutting measures by reducing crucial customer-facing interactions while continuing to raise fees on a regular basis. Is it not perplexing?"
"Worst service!!! The most horrible operation staff “Supervisor” These people have no logic and no care for parents what’s so ever. It’s purely just a business, they don’t listen to reason. BlueFit swimming has the worst policy in policy history. My son woke up unwell on Saturday morning unable to attend his 9:30am class. This was the first time he’d been unwell since this app was introduced. The app is not user friendly, I was trying to figure out how to mark him as absent though it was not straight forward. I tried calling though no one answers before 8:30. I eventually figured out how to mark him as absent (which was designed to be hard on purpose) though the status wasn’t approved because I wasn’t marking him absent within a 2 hour window even though I had been trying since 7:30am. What a stupid policy! How are you meant to predict an illness. This policy would make sense for later classes and evening but not for morning classes. When I called to sort this out I was basically told bad luck it’s their policy and there’s nothing they will do, I have lost that class. I asked for a manger to contact me but never received a call. You never hear back from anyone. I was trying to mark him as early as I learned my son was sick but I physically couldn’t! Furthermore my son has 4 makeup classes which is equivalent to a months payment. They won’t suspend payment for us to catch up on classes like many other sporting memberships do for us but they are happy to make life incredibly hard with their impossible process of going onto waitlist for makeup classes. I’ve had makeup classes for 6 months that still haven’t been booked due to their ridiculous process. Stay away! They are happy to hound you to log in and take your direct debit but don’t offer any compassion or understanding of valid circumstances."
"We were with Aquastyle for 3 years before it was taken over by BlueFit Swimming. We were incredibly happy with all aspects of the centre - friendly customer service and most importantly my children's swimming skills progressed so much in that time. Now, as BlueFit Swimming, I have never been more disappointed with a service in all my time. Classes have gone backwards, the kids are doing things they were doing almost 2 years ago and they're not learning new skills. You can no longer call the centre to notify them of your absence, to rebook a make up class or simply speak to someone (they have a call centre with staff that don't answer and when they call you back the next day, they're rude). Fantastic family friendly swim school turned money hungry corporate organisation. Do not waste your time and money with this place."
"Since the new owners from Aquastyle to Bluefit they have cut staffing. You can't speak to anyone on the telephone or return voicemail calls. Would have given a 4 out of 5 if the swim school had a family change room. We have noticed this and we are fairly new to joining this school. To the new owners- you need to put your staff back on instead of thinking about your pocket. Service is gone and so will customers."
"I had the best experience with the Aquastyle business for years but since Bluefit bought the business the service went downhill from there. Now I'm considering taking my children to a different swimming school. I cannot recommend enrol your children here you will be disappointed. There is no one to talk to, the phone line they have never replys, and is almost impossible to book a make up lesson. They don't reply to your emails."
