"Was truly disappointed with the care and staff at Mindright. We tried two psychologists at the Bondi centre and both of them seemed jaded and lacking in practical solutions. One of them couldn’t even remember the issues (um, divorce) after two appointments. One day we had to cancel due to my daughter being ill, they charged my CC the full amount despite me ringing and clearly stating my financial and emotional distress - so we never went back and got a new referral from our GP. Not recommended for families."
