Welcome to Binap Primary School, a brand new establishment located at 91 Grand Scenic Dr, Brookfield, Australia. Opening its doors in 2024, Binap Primary School aims to provide a quality education to the growing local population. With a capacity of enrolling up to 575 students, including approximately 50 places for young people with specialist needs, this school is committed to ensuring that every student receives a great education close to home.

Binap Primary School is proud to be a supported inclusion school, which means it is a mainstream school with additional professional capabilities and facilities designed to cater for a higher than usual proportion of students with disabilities. In this safe, accessible, and supportive environment, students with disabilities will receive enhanced support and high-quality, evidence-based educational provision alongside mainstream students to the greatest extent possible.

We are proud to announce that Binap Primary School was chosen as the name for this new school following a two-week community consultation. The name "Binap" (pronounced bin-narp) is a Woi-wurrung word of the Wurundjeri people, meaning manna gum. We have also had the privilege of consulting with the local Traditional Owners, represented by the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Cultural Heritage Aboriginal Corporation, to endorse the design of our school.

Jean Bentley, a highly experienced educator with over 25 years of service in the government education system, has been appointed as the principal of Binap Primary School. Having previously served as the principal of Albion North Primary School, Jean is excited to be the foundation principal of Binap Primary School and is committed to building strong connections with the community. She is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

At Binap Primary School, students will have access to modern learning areas equipped with air conditioning and heating for their comfort. Outside, there will be shade sails to provide sun protection. The school has been designed with a focus on environmental sustainability and ease of management.
