Absolutely dismissive of my husbands challenges and would not investigate anything for us or discuss his current concerns. She became fixated on one thing and would not move on or listen to any feedback/questions. My husband was desperately needing support and came away not being open to trying anybody else. He then had a total breakdown weeks later that were totally missed in this session. Our concerns eventually diagnosed by a separate psychologist at the point of no return. Horrific."
