Needing to amend an appointment, and expecting the swift, usual "Unlucky try again next week" this young man made the effort to find out when I was available, called me back ten minutes later to let me know he had solved my problem "for the same day". You can tell he takes pride in his work and enjoys keeping the doctors patients happy. A blessing for MedClinic. I am glad this chap has shown up as Dr Li is also a real pr, efficient and a good communicator. I did not wish to travel to see him at another office seeing I work across the road -which I was contemplating. Great result for all."

"I recently visited Dr Katherine Saffin for a health check, and I am extremely disappointed in the care I received. She was rushed and dismissive of my concerns, speaking over me and not listening to any details about why I had come in. The entire appointment only lasted five minutes, during which she barely glanced away from her computer. She was unprofessional and uncaring, providing poor medical care. Worst of all, when I told her I had previously fainted she did not provide any helpful advice - only asking "What do you think the reasons would be?" To top it all off, she asked me to do a blood test to check my blood sugar level without asking if I had anything to eat that day - totally disregarding the accuracy of the results. I called another clinic to double check and they said I should fast for at least 8 hours before the test. Do not recommend Dr Katherine Saffin! Worst experience ever. Avoid this doctor at all costs!"

"I have been going to the clinic and seeing Dr. Lawrence Li for a few years now. He has always been very helpful and willing to not just answer my questions but also think about underlying issues so that I can get the best result. He has helped me diagnose two medical conditions that I have and even during lock down called to just check in to see how I was coping both physically and mentally. It is great that he doesn’t just straight away prescribe any medicines or just send referrals but also adds his own input and suggestions more for what may be best for your situation. He is very friendly and it is great that the location is easy to visit whilst working in the city. I can’t speak for the other doctors but the receptionists are also kind and I highly recommend Dr. Li."
