"I use to shop here regularly with my girlfriend but in the last year the quality of the materials and sewing has been terrible but worts of all there is this horrid body odour sweaty smell on the clothing that deters me or my girlfriend from trying on anything from that store anymore. In addition the staff have all now changed to a nasty set of workers you find in a dandenong market stall if not worse. I friend was going to buy a Ted Baker watch but it had the seals all removed and there were scratched on the rim. A real pity as I will be rejecting the Ted Baker brand going forward as it's finished and I work in Television and Film and will not allow there products to be used going forward and thats because the staff were so rude and their management didn't care when I contacted them to complain. This often happens when corporations develop a good brand then just drop their game totally and focus on financial gain and not customer service"
"Hygiene issue. Walked into the shop around 1:30-3pm on a Sunday yesterday. The gentleman greeted me and my partner which was nice, however there was a lady standing in the middle of the shop picking her nose really wildly. Really deep and into it.... Honestly a gross sight walking into Ted Baker witnessing this. I thought she was a customer, but after flicking whatever stuff was on her fingers like nothing mattered she walks over to help customers. I walked out straight after.... Play the cameras back and call me a liar but as a worker, I don't think it's okay to stand in the middle of the shop thinking no-one can see you picking your nose, handling clothes and you didn't even wash your hands or sanitise.. the brand is good but the experience here was not nice to see. Please explain to the worker I don't think it's okay... I'm sure it's all on camera.. sorry lady. Go to the back next time or the toilet. Because that was gross!"
