Meet Carla, one of our experienced Counsellors and Psychotherapists, with nearly 20 years of expertise in providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families. Carla's extensive background includes working in various settings such as school and youth counselling, trauma counselling, and family/parent support services. She has worked with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, offering quality support and treatment for a range of mental health and life issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, abuse, marital or relationship issues, family conflict, anger management, and grief.

Carla's therapeutic approach encompasses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Jungian analysis, short-term counselling, person-centred therapy, and trauma-informed practice. With a versatile toolkit at her disposal, Carla tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

In addition to her private practice, Carla also works as a teacher of trainee counsellors. She holds a Masters in Analytical Psychology and a Masters of Social Work. Furthermore, Carla is bilingual, fluent in both English and Arabic, enabling her to effectively connect with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
