"Normally my go to covid testing clinic, never had an issue until now trying to chase down my covid results from the 24/12/21.. now been the 30.12.21 its longer then the 72hrs they advise. Called every number i can find to try and talk to someone and always end up getting the recordered msg saying you will receive your results in 24hrs but can take up to 72hrs then this call will now hang up... my wife and child is positive, my other child did her test directly after me and she recieved her results monday... i just need to know if ive got to go get re tested as im symptomatic and have been since last thursday. Took me 2 days to get tested as we got turned away twice, i understand your busy but im not travelling or that, ive been stuck at home for 2 weeks now with sick family members and now most likely have it myself just need to know where i stand!!!!!!"

"No stars would help for this rating, I have never had this bad of an experience before. The staff don't know how to do their job, they ask what it means of the terms on the pathology request form from us (not once, but twice so far!, only reason for going there was because they were the closest and who did both covid and other swabs). They have been very irresponsible that we had to go again to get another swab done for my 3 year old, and now on the 4th day after the swab telling us that it has NOT been done, so the results will be out on Friday (doesn't help since doctors won't be available by then for this year!). The lady on the phone was very rude and saying that they have made a mistake, and she has fixed it now and the results will be out by Friday in not so much of a apologetic tone! At the end I asked I would like to escalate this issue to someone, and she just said ok and bye and hung up, which was very unprofessional, I understand they are busy this time of the year, but they need to understand on their end that the person on the other end is also human (was on the phone for over 40 minutes for someone to come and pick up in the first place, now again calling just to file a complaint, so at least some one else won't have to go through the same!). If you need to get other swabs done other than covid consider going elsewhere! 6 days later the results are still pending and my son is still sick!!"

"I am an RN currently working in the field and I require frequent Covid testing due to the work I do. This service is generally quick and efficient and the collection personnel are always very polite and helpful. I have never had to wait any more than 15 minutes and mostly 10 minutes or less. Results usually arrive less than 24hrs. As a health professional, I need priority because I cannot commence work until I get a result. I inform the collection person every time but it makes no difference. The convenience and politeness make up for it though. Keep up the good work in keeping us safe."

"The place is hard to find and it took 20 minutes to get my covid test. I've been to other drive through clinics before and it never takes this long. Also, they were doing student training (which I understand is needed) but the supervisor watching the student was not helpful at all when telling me "please don't gag" while the swab was down my throat. Also ridiculous that the test results have to come through the doctor rather than the normal text. Do not come here for a Covid test, you will regret it."
