"Staff may need some more training. I wanted to try the Chicken Zaatar and asked if it has cheese in it, the staff member was not sure and asked the team member and said yes. I have ordered it, and while waiting for my sandwich, I waited for my coffee order in which was a bit of a wait because the barista made the wrong order for the other two customers waiting before me. Got my Chicken sandwich and was so hungry and I immediately took a bit. And then I realized it was a pizza they gave me. I did bring it up and the staff told me the other staff might have heard pizza instead of sandwhich. Since I already took a bite, I just decided to keep it."
"Got some breakfast, toasted croissant was burnt on outside, cold in the middle, the server was rude, dismissive and obnoxious, rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt and then wouldn't give it to me. I didn't think it was possible to have such a negative experience from something as simple as "Can I please have a toasted turkey and tomato croissant and a chocolate milkshake? Thank You".. Avoid like the plague..!"
"Absolutely disgraceful pricing. I ordered a soy flat white (“large”) and got charged $7:37!!! When I queried the cost of extras apparently soy is an 80c extra. Just. Price. Gouging. Considering I can buy a litre of soy for $2 down at my local store it just goes to show the level of contempt Hudson’s has for travellers. I’m both gobsmacked and appalled."
"Had a transfer with 2 young kids, so decided to pop in for a quick coffee & breakfast. Service was ok, coffee was average & pastries were stone cold. The barista was very kind to heat them up for me when I requested it. Price is what you expect to pay at an airport."
"What is it about airports that inspires ordinary food and coffee? One coffee here, one egg and bacon muffin as well. Both were excessively ordinary. The coffee was particularly lamentable. A very squalid little offering. If this is single origin coffee it’s nonetheless come from a poor block. The muffin was barely warm and it limped over the line. This place is best avoided."
