At South Mornington Preschool, we believe in the power of multiage classrooms. By allowing children to remain with the same teacher, educator, and peers for two years, we promote continuity of learning and foster deeper relationships between teachers, students, and families.

We are proud to offer The Bush Kinder program as part of our 4-year-old program. This program allows children to connect with nature and explore the beautiful surroundings of our local area. We believe that children are natural learners, and by immersing them in outdoor experiences, we enhance their curiosity and love for the environment.

During this special week, we explore what it means to be an elder and reflect on those who inspire us in our lives. We delve into Aboriginal culture, history, and symbols, allowing children to engage in meaningful learning experiences and share their newfound knowledge.
