"Very poor customer service. My wife bought a leather handbag and with in 6 months the piping and next to the piping discoloured and faded. Could not get it fixed or changed. Don't buy any leather bags from them as it could be made with vinyl be careful when you spend $100s of dollars. Not happy with MOCHA. Very poor leather quality if it is leather.."
"If an item purchased at one of your Mocha stores is faulty I expect it to be replaced!! Instead, I was told it needs to be sent to Head Office for “assessment” which can take up to one month! I have never heard anything so ludicrous in my life! Why should I be inconvenienced and have to wait that long if the stitching on the bag I purchased 2 months ago is falling apart! And to be told that it has to be “assessed” before a decision is made as if I’m lying...the nerve! It’s not as if you’re an elite brand! Cheap quality items for top dollar! Never again... Do yourselves a favour and buy better quality!"
