"they have increased the interest rate again in just 2 months for their freestyle account. vultures… I find it hilarious reading other reviews where they have reduced other peoples limits stating due to cost of living going up yet they decide to increase their interest rates again… mine is now going to 25.49% that’s the last straw, I will be closing my account. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. their share prices has plummeted as well.. just shows the market has no confidence in them!"

"Suddenly changed Freestyle Credit Card Limit from 20K to 4k for No reason for me and all existing customers as said by their call support team member. Also, still charging $149 annual fee for 12 months as it supposed to be only $49 annual fee as they have dropped credit limit to 4k without any notice or any kind of conversation. Just not expected. Interest rate spike to 21.99%. Use to be good but not recommend it now from mid-2023."
