"TRAC swimming and recreation pool area is currently undergoing maintenance inside the disabled access rooms. Benches have been replaced with sturdy alternatives. Lovely pools, flat floor, wheelchair friendly access into the building and into the water, with a hoist lift to assist with moving immobile patients into the hydrotherapy pool. Loved seeing the accessible change rooms getting some much needed attention. We are at this pool weekly for nearly 2 hours, and we may see anywhere between 5 and 10 visitors with a wheelchair during our time. If you are looking for a place for accessible hydrotherapy, with large change rooms and trolleys to assist with dressing and undressing, consider this place."

"Very busy place on a hot day! Facilities need a clean as I noticed mould on the roof in the steam room and a build up of a white substance on the children's equipment, but it was still well maintained. Clean changing rooms and toilets. The prices were good too. All in all, a good visit!"
