When attending our program, please ensure your child brings morning tea, lunch, drinks, and a refillable water bottle. Additionally, they should wear closed shoes, bring a hat, a suitable raincoat, and extra clothing in case of any incidents.

Please note that we do not offer cancellations for our vacation care program, so please choose your bookings carefully. Any late bookings made after the closing date of Friday, 22nd September 2023, will incur a $10 late fee.

By participating in our activities, your child will be under the supervision of our dedicated staff. We prioritize your child's safety and well-being, and we do not offer cancellations for absences once the booking has been made.

Funtastic Gems (Australia) Pty Ltd collects the necessary information for enrolling your child in our Outside School Hours School program. We respect your privacy and ensure that your information is handled with care.
