"Why is half your checkout machines unusable? I’ve had to result in leaving my items because the machine kept wanting store log in. The worker although nice was busy at her own checkout so I was just left waiting and waiting. Literally a nightmare with kids as well. Terrible customer service."

"This review is especially about the service counter at the back of Kmart, we printed photos and she asked us to come after 20 min as we use ‘Pay at the counter’ option which was our biggest mistake of course - anyways, we went there she was busy on phone and we stood there for 10 Min, when she finished Call she came back and told us that pictures weren’t ready, and we have to come back. After waiting for another 15 min we went there and to our surprise not even a single photo was printed and she told us that they are running out of printing paper. Wow what a way to treat your customer, during this whole 40 min time she didn’t even bother to check if pics are being printed or not? Wasted my precious hour Never going back, I’m attaching photos for reference, Kmart please take action."
