"Worst customer service. I purchased something from this store that was faulty. I went into the store 3 times and was always met with the same excuse that the owner/manager was at lunch and/or not working that day. I have emailed/called with no response. I have since taken this item to other jewelers and they wont touch it as they dont want the liabilty from the poor craftsmanship. Steer clear of this shop!!!"

"Unreal Jewellery Store. Some amazing Opal specimens and other rare pieces. I fell in love with a men's Jadeite, Yellow Gold and Diamond Ring which was definitely hard to walk away from.
