"Visited the site about a fortnight ago. Store is dirty and very badly set up. Not inviting. Big areas with nothing in it. I asked a question to the staff at the counter and they had no idea what I was on about. The whole place just gives bad vibes. I ended up purchasing one item. If I wasn't in a hurry for it, I'd have gone elsewhere."
"First time walking in to the Fantastic furniture in Caroline springs and it was very unpleasant experience, when you enter the shop the employees see you but don’t even acknowledge you , then we tried to purchase something and a middle age man rude employee first said we can only purchase what was on display as there was no more stock , then when we tried to pay he said we can only purchase one out of the two or take different color . All this with a very rude attitude , no customer skills, didn’t offer any solution and didn’t even care if we purchase or not . Whoever is reading my review , if you want to be treated poorly go there , but if you think that you deserve the best service then do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else . I hope they change their attitude otherwise customers we will never comeback !"
"Unprofessional staff. Simply no customer service. Staff not interested at all in customers. No recognition that you even walk through the doors. No greeting nor approaching customers to check in if they need assistance. Then when you do approach the service desk, they'd rather be chatting amongst themselves and make you wait. Don't waste your time visiting this store."
