"Helpful in store however have been waiting 2 weeks for invoice to order products. After several phone calls still no help or call back or email. Very poor customer service for the do it yourself home renovator. I made at least 6 phone calls and each time they were too busy to talk to me and promised to call me back. My email address and phone number was checked each time but not one phone call was returned after 3 weeks of waiting I was told they were closing for 3 weeks Christmas break. Never heard from them so found somewhere else Tradelink Hoppers Crossing who were amazing with customer service and price. My advise is to shop there instead you will not be disappointed"
"No communication here at all. Have been waiting 2 weeks on an order only to be told, after they didn’t answer my emails, that the product has never been in stock. Payment is also questionable. I’ve never had to pay via a bank transfer on this sort of product before. Once again, they also stuffed that up and said they hadn’t received it and I had to send proof. Brands direct had what I wanted in stock and I was able to order it in 5 minutes and already have confirmation and been told it will arrive in a week. I’m still waiting on my cancelled order to be refunded. Never again."
