"As an former employee, I can safely say this company in the loss of income department treats its customers and staff just as poorly. After only being told 2 weeks before that i was progressing well in my role, I was terminated without notice and left with no job and income. My line manager only gave excellent feedback to me in the months prior, only for her to make a rash decision to terminate my contract for apparent performance related issues (even though none were brought up to me previously). I was contacted by no one else in the company again. Unprofessional and poorly handled. The department i worked in itself as a whole had friendly staff, however had ridiculous KPI measures (which i still managed to meet), and had poor communication with its staff. There was also clear favouritism from the line manager with certain staff. Would not recommend this place for any purpose."
"Warning! This company is trying to extort people's money. They have asked a debit collector company, with a name ARMA, on behalf of them to send me a bill over $16000 of a claim for a car damaged by our family car and said it happened five and half years ago, in 2015. But such thing never ever happened! I haven't heard this company before until the debit collector sent this bill to me. Another following legal question is: How did they get my car's detail? did they buy the data illegally? Their action like this is criminal"
"I put in a claim,I was told I would be paid out in 10 days, after 10 days,I still didn't receive my payout. When I contacted them I was told they didn't receive my email,yet I sent it to the email address I received the documents from,upon checking my email it had been successfully sent. The only conclusion is that they deleted my email."
"Gallagher Basset issued my business with a refund cheque for a cancelled policy but unfortunately the cheque was posted to the incorrect address and cashed into a private account. Westpac have acknowledged that the cheque was cashed into an incorrect account but are unable to assist me as the cheque was drawn by Gallagher Basset. I have been to the police and they also say that it is Gallagher Basset that has been defrauded (not me) and so they must resend the cheque to my business and chase up the fraud with Westpac. Matt Dinatale of Gallagher Baset has put it in the to hard basket and not prepared to do either. He does not even return my calls or e-mails. Absolutely shocking service."
