"Would not rate any stars. Have been with insuranceline for 18yrs now and have never heard a word from anyone at the company. Only thing you get is increase letters and when you email or call no return msgs at all! If we had of known this was how we were going to be treated as a long term policy holder we would have got out way earlier then now! Yes we are stupid for staying as long as we have, but enough is enough."

"Bombarded with emails, at least a dozen a day. If insurance line keeps this up any longer after I have asked them to stop. I'm going to the insurance ombudsman office and reporting them ."
