Now, I can only get a credit return as I paid with a gift card, when I don’t want to give this company any business. If they don't have the shoes in store don't buy them online."
"Ordered from Hype DC online last friday, was promised next day delivery. Didn't come on Monday. Apparently the driver attempted to deliver when I was home. On Tuesday I get an email notification that it has been delivered, went down to check and nothing is there not even a card. Had to call the courier call center wait on hold only to find out that they sent it to the post office which is nowhere near my house so I have to go to collect during business hours when I'm working. Really bad experience please stop using these scam couriers as I won't be shopping online here again."

"A much smaller and more compact store but with great stock of runners, sneakers and sand shoes. Friendly enough staff that let you explore the merchandise without pressuring you to purchase. Great selections of brands with prices to match. They do offer great assistance and genuinely suggest the best options to buy and not solely based on price. The only drawback for me is the deafening music they blasted inside the store which makes me want to escape! This is inside World Square shopping centre with parking underground this centre."
