"I have booked insurance with them at least 10 times, and on my last car hire Sixt have charged me 1700 Euro for a small scrach I wasn't even aware of and that was likely already there during the car pick up (I have trusted Sixt since it was my go to company and haven't checked the car properly on pick up). Rentalcover have approved the claim within 5 days, after requesting some additional documents. Money was in the bank 2 days later, minus 90 euro for currency conversion, I guess. Will book with them in the future for sure."
