"We booked the whole venue for a birthday party and everyone had a great time! It’s a very fun place for a party, perfect for kids of all ages and plenty of space for everyone to run around."
"I live nearby so I've seen the centre evolve over the years. During the pandemic it was so clean. Unfortunately by winter 2023, it's become a mess. Floor is filthy, the food servings are smaller but still expensive. The pies came out freezing cold, I had to send them back. I won't be spending any more money on the cafe. If it weren't for the location, I wouldn't come back, but the kids need to run around in the winter."
"The place is quite fun for my kids. if only rate for the play area I will give my 5 star, but your staff so rude and the food was so less and looks unfresh, that was your baby chino last week when I got it. I am not a fussy person but I can't let my kids to eat it. Your staff told me 'that is baby Chino'. Thanks for that staff to teaching me what is baby Chino from your restaurant. We truly never eat a such disgusting one before also with her confidence rude attitude and she mentioned she wouldn't refund only option is she will made a new one(same at the end). Kids chips and chicken nuggets was looks like from other table who already eaten, 10 dollar for 10 chips and 3 nuggets. When I double check with your staff, they changed them for a full of plate. So is the food quality depends on your customer, whither if they asking they will get different things. Food and that staff 0 star from our experience."
